In 2111, the "year of Nuggets", during the official meeting of all countries on the Day of Protection from Children the majority suggested holding an annual competition, a World DIY contest among children of the VR institutions for young offenders on planet Earth. Recently the International Art Commissariat published the full terms and objectives of the competition, so we can finally study it a little deeper.
